These terms explain the basic rules for using Ovvra. We kept them short and practical so you can understand what the service is, what is allowed, and where our limits are.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, using the Ovvraapp, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Ovvrahelps drivers track maintenance, compare quotes to typical ranges, log service history, review savings, and see planning or Premium outlook information.

The service is informational. It does not replace a licensed mechanic, it does not diagnose vehicles, and it should not be the only basis for a safety-critical repair decision.

Accounts and permitted use

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate account and vehicle information.
  • You may use the service only for lawful, personal use.
  • You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape data, upload harmful content, or try to access data that does not belong to you.
  • You may not use the service to harass others, spread malware, submit fraudulent information, or bypass subscription rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features are offered through a Premium subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat.

  • Store billing terms, renewal timing, and refund rules come from the platform where you purchased the subscription.
  • Premium access can change if a billing period ends, a payment fails, or the store reports a cancellation or refund.
  • We can change pricing or Premium feature sets in the future, but we will not silently charge you outside the store systems.

Intellectual property ownership

Ovvra, this site, the app design, the software, the written copy, and our brand materials belong to us or our licensors. Using the service does not give you ownership of the service itself.

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your vehicles, quotes, notes, and feedback, but you give us permission to use that content as needed to operate the service.

Service changes and availability

  • We may add, remove, pause, or change features, including Premium features, at any time.
  • We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or supported in every build.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a new last updated date.

Account termination

You can stop using the service at any time. You can also request deletion of your account and data from the app or by emailing us.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every repair decision.

  • We are not responsible for repair outcomes, quote changes, mechanic conduct, or decisions you make based on the app.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • If the law requires direct liability, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
